ANSERES THEOLOGICA

1200s AD—19 year-old Tommaso d'Aquino, who'll one day become St. Thomas Aquinas, a patron saint of Catholic academia, schools, students, and some parts of Italy, currently sits trapped behind his family's castle walls. Thomas' mother Theodora sent his brothers to capture him so that he will not join the Dominican Order and leave them forever.

Politics keep the Pope from merely ordering Thomas' release. But he's fortunately not the only agent of The Lord's will. 

What happens next is a matter of  historical apocrypha.

ANSERES THEOLOGICA is a simple one-page hack of grant howitt's THERE BUT FOR THE GEESE OF GOD centered around St. Thomas Aquinas. the idea for this fowl thing seized my thinkpan at 1 in the morning and would not let go til it was published.
